ROOTED IN PUTNAM COUNTYA local team.
A local team.
Room for your plans.
Putnam County is river and lake country. With the St. Johns River running past Palatka and East Palatka, Crescent Lake out by Crescent City and the chain of lakes around Interlachen, a lot of local properties are home to boats, trailers, fishing gear and plenty of yard equipment. Add in the farms around Hastings and the wide-open lots in Florahome and Bostwick, and the need for good storage is everywhere. Our Sunset Rd store is here to help.
At Handi-House, we know our future depends on “You,” our valuable customers. Repeat business and referrals are the reasons we have existed through all these years. Our Palatka location offers a wide variety of structures and styles of storage buildings to meet each customer’s individual needs, ranging from the most economically priced units to more elaborate buildings built to meet certain state or residential code requirements. Whether you need a boat cover by the river in Welaka or Georgetown, a workshop or barn on acreage in San Mateo or Florahome, or a simple storage shed for your yard in Palatka, our team will help you find a building that fits your property and your budget.
It is our hope that every customer is treated by our Handi-House dealer as honestly and respectfully as possible. Should any problems arise, our local representative will do everything possible to make it right. To assure every customer of our commitment, if an issue is ever not handled to your satisfaction, please contact us directly at (352) 839-9958.

My experience with these guys was top-notch no hassles. Everybody was very friendly. Unfortunately, I could not keep the building. I had to return it and they were friendly all along the whole ride. I highly recommend them!!
— Scott Nash
The experience I had at Handi House was great! I sat with the rep and told him what I would like. He brought up options and I made my choice. No pressure just a great price. It was a new build and 3 weeks later it was being set up on my property. Very solid and well built. Looks awesome! It was truly a great experience. Thanks Handi House!
— Mark Burden
Christy and the crew at Handi House were terrific. She listened to what I was looking for and coached me through the entire process. I am so happy with my shop. The price was right and I received exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
