The Handi House 12 x 24 – The Biggin’ is a built-to-order portable building designed to provide additional space for storage, outdoor equipment, sports gear, pool supplies, and other belongings. With a 12 x 24 footprint, pressure-treated flooring, a skid-mount base, and customization options, this building offers a practical storage solution for residential and other property needs. Turnkey options including spray foam insulation and concrete are also available.

The 48-inch-wide by 68-inch door opening provides access to the building. Door upgrades are available by asking the dealer for details.
*All Sheds and buildings are installed and leveled with concrete blocks. Not placed directly on the ground with wood leveling wedges.
** 5% upgrade to the base price to go with 8′ sidewalls for Rollup doors highly recommended, otherwise door height with be shortened to 5.5 ft approximately
Handi House offers several purchasing options for the 12 x 24 building. Rent to own program is available with 24-, 36-, 48-, or 60-month options, and no credit check is available subject to the applicable terms. Cash discounts are also available on Handi House buildings.

Delivery and installation details are handled through the local Handi House dealer. All sheds and buildings are installed and leveled with concrete blocks rather than being placed directly on the ground with wood leveling wedges.
